Systematic chaos

Is it possible that chaos come in a systematic manner?

I know this is not a debate forum, but I thought its interesting and worthy to argue on. So, guys. what's your thoughts on this?It would be really helpful if any of you guys can shed some light here.
I'm stuck with it and can not get it out of my head.

yeah kind of like that. My point is bit more broad in sense that everything is predetermind or what you say is fixed. It is true that chaos cant be systematic, otherwise it is not chaos; but what is the master planner planned it all.Its just come to us in a way so that we think its chaos.And that is what chaos all about.I know i sound bit corny here and my logics contr
