Syntax, please check?

I have 5 short parts of this, I will be thankful for any mistake you let me know I have here...

If you are parents to one child it's pretty clear that your heart filled with joy and you are probably grateful for the great gift you've been given. Needless to say, that we as parents think about our child all hours of day and night. Our child is always deep within our hearts. Along the fact we are willing to do anything to make our child grow happily, you're probably well aware of the great responsibility we have as parents, and the many daily tasks related with raising our child: making sure to nurture him on daily basis with healthy, tasty, fresh and varied food, daily to deal on daily basis with his selective sense of taste. To buy him clothes that are age appropriate and pretty, and making sure to wash his clothes every day. Take him for periodic check ups at the pediatrician. Taking him to visit relatives. To play dates with children his age. Taking him for strolls to the playground.
