As in topic, is this sentence grammar and syntax - wise correct ? any adjustments u'd suggest?

I am writing concerning the so-called ‘insensible policy’ of the Anagu, and wonder whether the description of the subject-matter concerned was thorough enough to ensure full comprehension of the problem.
