Hello everyone,

Are the sentences below natural?

Most often a "speech" is to a group of people, so the second sentence seems more likely. The first sentence seems more natural to me as "He gave me a speech"; it then has connotations of something not very welcome to the listener, such as long telling-off, or a tedious lecture on some subject.
