A. Are the following sentences okay?

1. He took the necklace from the box.

2. He took the necklace out of the box.

3. He took the necklace in the box.

B. Is there any difference in meaning between them?

Yes, they're OK and have the same meaning, but the third is a less usual way of saying it. For certain combinations of words it wouldn't work at all:

He took the chairs in the house.

This would more likely be interpreted as taking the cha
