If I advise someone to write the number "15. 6 %" in the way I wanted, can I build my request as follows?
1. You should have written it as either "fifteen point six percent" or "fifteen and six tenths percent".
2. You should have written out it like either "fifteen point six percent" or "fifteen and six tenths percent.
