2. He saw the lady who was sitting in her chair as usual and was looking at the fire.
3. He saw the lady who was sitting in her chair as usual and looking at the fire.
4. He saw the lady sitting in her chair as usual and looking at the fire.
5. He saw the lady sitting in her chair as usual and was looking at the fire.
