Are the sentences below correct?

1. I have three years' experience as a doctor.

2. I have a three-year expperience as a doctor.

3. I have experience in medicine for three years.

4. I have three-year eperience as a doctor.

5. I have experience as a doctor for three years.

"I've been a doctor for three years." The others sound unnatural.
