SurferI believe it's correct.
A second thought has rendered me uncertain; I have a problem with make that the pure morality dominates egotism.. .
I think it should've been:

Only education of all humans can make be the pure morality dominate egotism and topple the egotists.

the segment "can make that the" seems very strange to me. You could add "sure" between make and that. Or, you could simply write "only education of all humans can ensure that pure...". As it stands, "that the" is excessive. You can remove both and write "Only education of all humans can make pure morality dominate egotism and topple the egotists." Note that there is no "s" after dominate.

It's not the present simple (can make dominate)?
