SYNTAX

Kindly help me check the grammar of these sentences (including punctuations)

3) That adjoining lots A,B and C are covered by Titles 1,2,3 , respectively, and their technical descriptions verified correct in accordance with the Manual for Land Surveys.

4) That an OLD PS monument corresponding to corner 1 and corner 2 of Lots A and C, respectively, is still intact and that line 1-2 of Lot A is bounded by an existing wall.

I'm not a lawyer, but these read OK to me as a legal kind of English.
