Syntactic Categories

I am trying to break the words of a sentence down into syntactic categories, and was hoping I could get feedback to see if I am doing it correctly with one sentence in particular. I put the parts of speech I think they are within brackets after each word:

" These[Det] students[N] will[Aux] pass[V] pragmatics[N] and[Con] phonetics[N] quite[Deg] easily[AdV] "

I am not sure of 'Pass' being a Verb and 'Easily' being an Adverb... the word pass is not exactly an action but more of a result so I am confused as to it's part of speech. Could someone give me some feedback and let me know if I am correct in thinking pass easily is a verb and adverb respectively? Thank you!
