Synonymy of the sentence?

Hi,

Main sentence:

Although Qatar has won the right to host the 2022 World Cup, it is possible that the tournament will be held somewhere.

option a

The tournament of the 2022 World Cup, which Qatar has been granted the right to host, may take place in another country.

option b

There is a possibility that the 2022 World Cup could be held in any country, yet Qatar might have been granted the right to host it.

Which one has the closest meaning to the main sentence above? I think option a is OK. What do you think?
