Synonyms for GOT

Hi teachers,

Mr. Tigers got very angry.
Synonyms for got, in this case, can be: transformed into, evolved into, and developed into.
Are all of them correct? None of them are? If not, which one is?

As there is no noun, only an adjective all your suggestions are wrong. You could use another verb instead of got: Mr. Tigers became very angry.
