synonyms?

hello

Can I use "now that" instead of "given that" below? Are they synonyms?

Given that this is their first performance, I think they have done pretty well.

just as
inasmuch as
though
unless

Can we use any of these words above instead of "given that"?

Given that this is their first performance, I think they have done pretty well.

Insasmuch as wprks, though it's rather formal. Though is OK grammatically, but has a rather different meaning. The other two don't work.
