Synonyms?

Hello,

Could you tell me please if these nouns are synonyms?
Tinge-Tint-Drop?
If they are interchangeable could you please give me some examples?
Maybe they aren't always synonyms?

As far as I know tint is just used for colors. Ex. There was a red tint in her hair and drop is used to describe small amount of liquid Ex.
