Like if I have pain in my head I'll say I have headache same with stomachache, now what should I say if I have pain in my legs or waist. Well I am not asking about bodyache but pain in specific part of my body say arms , legs

There really isn't an equivalent for headache or stomachache for other parts of the body. So, you wuold just say, "My arm aches." or, "I have a pain in my arm." or, "My arm hurts." or, "I have this aching feeling in my arm." Ditto for legs or other parts of the body.

The only other parts of the body I could add are earache and backache.
