I found out at least a dictionary shows that these are synonyms to each other, separated with comma accordingly.02br02br00Jakarta, capital of Indonesia02br00Moscow, capital of the Russian Federation, Russian capital02br02br00If we want to refine these synonym relation further, I think we should not consider that "capital of Indonesia" is synonym to "Jakarta" , because if they are synonym to each other , people would not longer need to ask the question, "what is the capital of Indonesia ?" . 00I would say thay proper nouns can never be true synonyms. 01i00Bob 02i00is not a synonym for 01i00my brother 02i00and 01i00Mrs Smith02i00 is not a synonym for01i00 teacher.02br
