Not everything I do at work feels rewarding of my time.

Not everything I do at work feels rewarding spending my time on.

Are these two sentences synonymous in meaning?

I understand them to have the same meaning, but neither is fluent. I don't find all my tasks at work to be rewarding. Not all my tasks are rewarding.
