Synonym Question

Hi, this is my sentence: "This is a job not exactly conducive to family time."

I wanted to know if I can take out "conducive" for "ancillary" pretty much seemlessly & interchangeably?

As in: "This is a job not exactly ancillary to family time."

I don't even think you want the idea of "conducive". What you meaning is conducive to having enough time to spend with your family. I think you mean not compatible with family time.
