Synonym of 'enclosed is'?

I am writing a formal letter which I regularly send to the same recipient, each time enclosing various documents. Therefore, I always say: 'Please find enclosed' or "Enclosed is' and then list all the documents. This time I would like to point out that I am also enclosing a list of questions I have regarding to the work I'm doing, and the questions are on a separate sheet of paper. It didn't sound good when I listed all attachments in one sentence. Would it be OK to use the verb 'enclose' again in the second sentence, like here - 'Please find enclosed... I have also enclosed...'? Or is there a better phrase I could use to introduce the second sentence?

Thank you all for help!

You could say "included is/are". Repetition of 'enclosed' is okay, however.

Why don't you say 'Here are . . . '?
It should be very obvious that the items are attached, particularly since you send them regularly.
