Bearing a grudge never heard of it before.
What does it exactly mean?

Grudge.

Someone has upset or annoyed you in the past and you allow that to strongly influence your attitude to them now. Understandable if, for example they had you fired from your job, but it also applies to minor infractions. Perhaps a neighbour's guest parked in your parking space, it would be petty but you could bear a grudge against them, if it made you unfriendly towards them.
