Synonym

Hi, this is my sentence: "This is a job not exactly conducive to family time."

Is there a synonym for "conducive" that can replace it and be stuck in there pretty much seamlessly? Can't think of any. Thank you.

'Conducive to' seems to me to be not as good as 'compatible with'. Or: This is a job not exactly conducive to allowing much family time.
