We would like to make a synergy with you to complete an enormous development. What do you say?

I'm a native English speaker in the US and I don't know offhand what it means - I would have to go to a dictionary and look it up, and even then I might have to research how it is used, which will take time. So the reader of your email is likely going to draw a blank on the word and will have to look up the definition and maybe have to try and find examples of its usage, which is an inconvenience.
