Sync phrasal verbs

The other day at work I heard someone say that they were gonna sync with someone regarding a certain project. I don't remember the exact words which is why I wanted to discuss it. How do you say it and what's the difference in meaning?


I'll sync with you after lunch?

I'll sync up with you?

Probably that one. It's only recently been applied to people's timetables and lives.
