If I were you, I would begin by defining what the word means, before trying to relate it to anything.

I wonder if you mean the common word, 'symmetry'?

PS - Perhaps you have spelled it incorrectly. I tried it without the letter 'n', ie symmetricity,

and found that this seems to be a very technical math/engineering term. Here's an example of what I found. If you want to use this word in in the context of semantics, you definitely need to begin with a clear defintion of what you mean when you use the word.

We explore how global symmetry can be detected prior to segmentation and under noise and occlusion. The definition of local symmetries is extended to affine geometries by considering the tangents and curvatures of local structures, and a quantitative measure of local symmetry known as symmetricity is introduced, which is based on Mahalanobis distances from the tangent-curvature states of local structures to the local skewed symmetry state-subspace. These symmetricity values, together with the associated local axes of symmetry, are spatially related in the local skewed symmetry field (LSSF).

Do you mean "symmetry"? Hmm. There are expressions that have sense but not reference, and those that have reference but not sense, though most expressions have both, but I don't see how that might relate to the idea of symmetry.

It sounds like this is an assignment for a linguistics course, and you're stuck on some of the ideas of Frege.
