Someone who "swoops in" comes from seemingly no where. All of the sudden, he's there, making everything better.

If you get "sucked into" something you are attracted to it, almost against your will. Every time I'm about to turn of my computer, I see a new post and I get sucked back into the forums to answer one more question, for example.

"Right back in" means she had recently escaped from something or someone, or something or someone like it/him, and but will make her situation just like it was before.

(I'm not sure why being with someone who is charming, sweet, and helpful is a problem, unless that masks his real personality, which is bad.)
