Please tell me, in a party we have soft drinks, sweets, some appetizers before a dinner for example, cake, and snacks (opposite to sweets). Is it correct ?
Thanks in advance.
Top answer
No. Snacks are very small amounts of food, usually eaten with the fingers. They are not the opposite of sweets.
