People speak with an accent; they don't speak an accent.

"sweet" is probably not the right word. Possibly you could say "attractive", though it is of course a very subjective judgement whether someone's accent is attractive or not.

"speak a dialect" was OK. You do not need "with" there. It is only "speak an accent" that needed "with".
