Swapped the samples by mistake

Hi teachers,

Could you tell me if this sentence is correct and natural? Thank you.

Dear Mr. XXX,

My apologies. I have sent the wrong product sample to you, which you will received on Monday. The reason being that I had swapped the samples by mistake. Could you please send the sample back to me and I'll have the correct sample to you?

1. Can you please tell me if I put "Samples being swapped" in an email header, is it correct? How would you paraphrase it?

2. I looked up the dictionary and "swap" means "switch". Would "switch" also alright?
