Am I making the correct distinction between 'swap out for and 'swap out with' in that 'swap out for' means to exchange while 'swap out with' means to simply replace?
I swapped out my TV for a new one. (exchange with someone)
I swapped out the old batteries with new ones. (replaced)
Thanks
