Let me just say that learning English from rap lyrics is not, in my opinion, a good idea. Rap is full of odd, obscure and ephemeral slang that I think most English speakers do not understand or use. In most contexts, you will sound strange if you start to talk in that way.

In normal use swagger may be a verb (to walk or carry oneself in a confident and proud or arrogant way) or a noun (a walk or manner that shows confidence and pride or arrogance). It is unclear what the sentence means, so it is hard to say whether it is intended as a noun or a verb here.
Super has several possible meanings, but it is unclear which is intended here,

Frankly, I think you'd have to ask her. And even then, you might get an answer like, "It don't mean nothing. It just sounded good and funky. Anyway, I was high on smack at the time."

I wish I could ask her, but you know I can't.
Maybe you're right. It can be some meaningless gibberish.
But not all rap lyrics are gibberish. I do understand most of the lyrics except for this particular line. So I don't think it's highly likely that this particular line is somehow meaningless when all the other parts are not without meaning.

Wow! You're doing better than I am! I barely understood any of it.
