Please help me with the definition of "swag giveaway"! I found many ads had it.

What does it mean? A slang?

Both words "swag" and "giveaway" seem have their common meaning? What are they? But in this combination, they have slang meaning individually, right? "Swag" is a verb? and "giveaway" is a noun?

So I wonder if the word giveaway means a cheaper present or gift, not as the swag which is promoted. Is this concept right?

In other words, if you regard the word swag as noun, is there any difference between these

A giveaway is an event in which things are given away. Uses may differ, but I've never seen it used to refer to the items being given away, just to the event in which things are given away.
