Suspensive hyphenation correct in all?

Are these 100 percent correct per suspended-hyphenation rules?

[4th-, 5th-, and 6th-graders]
[$5,000- to $10,000-per-year raises]
[three-, four-, and five-year-olds]
[20- or 25-year-old trees]
[50- and 60-cent-a-week raises]
[single-, double-, and triple-spaced copy]
[$1 million- to $3 million-a-year baseball contract]

Thank you.

[4th, 5th and 6th graders] [$5,000 to $10,000 per-year raises] [three, four and five year-olds] [20 or 25 year-old trees] [50 and 60 cent-a-week raises] [single, double and triple-spaced copy] [$1 million to $3 million per-year baseball contract] You were using way too many hyphens that don't need to be used. Especially with the lines that had the word "to" in them. A hyphen replaces the word "to" so you don't need both.
