I would be grateful if someone could help to make correction for the following sentences.

No matter how anything or anyone you hate or like, it must posses a valuable thing such as program, process, policy, personality, own style of doing things, appearance, character etc, which is worth to learn and save in mind. Those things not only help to become mature and be strengthen our survival in this ruthlessness market.
