Surprisingly enough

I understand that "bad enough" is often used to mean "True, it is bad, but there are other things worse than that." So "bad enough" may not be all that bad after all.
My question is, does this hold for other similarly constructed phrases like "surprisingly enough" and "interestingly enough"? For example, does the following suggest that the result may be surprising but it is sort of to be expected? Or does it mean it really is surprising? Is it any different from standalone "surprisingly"?

Surprisingly enough, the result is totally different from what she expected.
