Both mom and dad birthdays are on the same date.. and their loving son [below 10yrs old] arranges a surprise cake for them.

I jst want to write a caption

Surprise cake arranged by my loving son on our birthday.

is the above ok?

If I'm understanding the scenario correctly, and the caption is written by the son, it should be:

"Surprise cake arranged by your loving son on your birthday."

The caption is written by me... under the photos..

Is the below fine???

'surprise cake arranged by my loving son on our birthday' [ myself and my husband's birthday happen to be on sameday]

Oh, I see. This is OK (except you forgot the initial capital), but you might prefer to say "our" rather than "my":

"Surprise cake arranged by our loving son on our birthday."
