surgical strike

What reason do you need for Yamato to be stronger? It fulfills its purpose perfectly. As I mentioned, Yamato is for "surgical" strikes. Not mass destruction, although, that can happen with enough BCs at hand...

I have seen people use surgical this way many times, what does surgical mean?

Thank you

Very precise and controlled. You hit only your targets, and then you are gone. It's used this way in a joking manner about shopping too - Just a surgical strike - we go in, get the milk, and leave .
