Surgeon General's Warning

Do packets of cigarettes in the US still carry a Surgeon General's Warning?

Do any types of consumables on sale in the US, other than tobacco products, routinely carry this sort of warning?

[/nq] Yes. [/nq] I just checked the label of a bottle of "Aquafina" bottled water. I was appalled to see that there is no warning that the contents may cause harm if brought to a boiling point and poured into the ear.

It depends what you mean by "consumables." Many
plastic bags (containing almost any other product) are nowadays marked: "This is not a toy and may

Is this explicitly from The Surgeon General in the same way that it is for tobacco and (now) alcohol products?

I purchased a tube of Chapstick brand lip balm the other day. It bore a warning not to put it in my eye.
