SURER or MORE SURE

How would you naturally say this sentence please?

- I'm surer to beat him at basketball than at cards. (how would you a native person say this sentence?)

Thank you

I would avoid sure altogether and say, "I am more certain to beat him at basketball than at cards."

Surer is definitely not correct. For example, one would say, "I am more sure of my answer since I did some research than I was before."

I am more confident on beating him at A than B.

Technically, surer is a word, and more sure is not, though it sounds extremely awkward, and I will avoid typing it altogether, but in this sentence I would say, "I am sure to beat him at basketball rather than at cards, since if sure means definite and certain, there is no measurable amount of certainty, there is or isn't.
