Surbordinate conjuction

Please can you explain my the writer placed a comma in front of a surbordinate conjunction in the paragraph? I tend to come across it quiet often, and I get really confused.

As far as, I am aware you are not supposed to but a comma in front of a surbordinate conjuction unless it is negative sentence.

I have been watched this episode several times in the past two weeks, but I still don't understand what it is about, even though my friend has explained it to me. I will keep watching in it until I get it.

  • Dependent Clause After Independent Clause When a dependent clause (we’re still talking adverbial clauses beginning with a subordinating conjunction) comes after the independent clause, most of the time there is no comma.
