Supposed to/Have to

You are supposed to keep that secret & you have to keep that secret? does both this sentence give almost same meaning? if not kindly explain?

Hi! Nair,here are my views on them-
-be supposed to keep= It is an obligation to keep. It is something that you should do, or something that another person expects you to do.
-Have to=It is same as must.It implies that you don't have other choice but to keep that secret.It is like there is some kind of duress on you to keep the secret.
