supposed to

A. You are supposed to have finished your homework but you still hasn't finished it, it's 10pm now.
B. You were supposed to have made dinner when the guests arrived. You did nothing not got even ready.

Those are OK, too. Usually, 'supposed to do' and 'supposed to have done' have the same intent in the past.
