Supposed, due to

Dear all,

Yesterday my friend told me he would call at my house at sharp 10 in the morning. But now time is 11, but he has not yet turned up. So in this situation which of following sentences can be used to tell to another person that my friend was due at 10. If the following sentences are wrong please advise me the correct usage.

1.He was to be here at 10.

2.He was supposed to be here at 10

I wish to bring to your attention to another situation too. My train usually comes at 6.30 in the evening, but one day it has not arrived even at 7 in the evening. So how could I tell to another person.

1. The train is due at 6.30.

2. The train was due at 6.30

3. The train was supposed to be arrived

at 6

4.The train is supposed to be arrived at 6

4. The train was to come at 6.
