Supporting Drought effected customers

Hi there,

Should it be effected or affected in this sentence?

'Supporting Drought effected customers

I also don't know why the 'd' has been capitalized. Shouldn't this be lowercase?

Top answer

It should be 'affected' (the drought affected them) and yes, it should be lowercase as far as I can see.
