To my knowledge, support (if we mean 'help') is uncountable. That's why I'd go with "It's the only one piece of support from several entrepreneurs." You can't say say "I got a

I'm not sure what your sentence is trying to get at.....

The "one" in my second sentence refers to the enterpreneur...it does not qualify "support".

You would (almost) never use "a piece of support" in English.
