Anonymoussupply the correct form of verb.
Imperatives (the command forms of verbs) are not appropriate in asking a question on a forum. You can't just order people around! It's not nice! Say "Could you please supply the correct form of the verb?"

Also, you have to try to answer your question first. You can't just have the people on the forum do yo
