00I was taught that we have breakfast in the morning, then, about noon, we can have lunch (which is a kind of second breakfast), then after coming back home from work we have dinner, and in the evening we have supper. Being in America they had lunch in the afternoon, so it was a kind of dinner for me, but they called it lunch. However what I would call supper in the evening they called it dinner. I don't remember which words they used for different meals at different times of the day when I was in Ireland but I think it was different than in America. So how should I call the meal that we have in the evening, and how the one in the afternoon, personally I would call them respectively "supper" and "dinner"!02br
