supersize

At a fast-food shop:
Are these all common?
1. "A burger and a coke, please." "Can I supersize it for you?"
2. "A burger and a coke, please." "Can I supersize them for you?"
3. "Supersize me, please."
4. "Can I supersize you?"

BTW, what other sizes do you have? Can they also
be used as a verb?
Thank you.

McDonalds were doing the Supersize thing in the USA but I believe they have stopped after the infamous film! They never offered this option in most countries. All you get to do in the UK (in pretty much any burger chain) is to go 'Large'.
