Superlatives Comparatives Verb

Hello,

more worse and most worst are wrong. worser is wrong

1. Do your friends have brothers and sisters? Correct

2. Does your friend have brothers and sisters? Correct

Why do we use do for 1 and does for 2? Is it just singular and plural reasons? Are we talking in third person here? Thanks Fulvio Emotion: smile
