Superlative or is it?

Hi. Please help. I think my question deals with the superlative (I am not sure, though). Anyway, what is the difference?
I think you have to be discreet whenever you ask questions like below. I wrote the sentences to ask grammar questions. Thank you in advance.

Who has most money?
Who has the most money?
He has most money.
He has the most money.

They are superlatives. #1 and #3 are informal versions of #2 and #4 respectively.

Hi. Thank you. Would these be the superlatives, either informal or formal? Thank you again in advance.

1. What do you like to do most/the most?
2. Where would you like to go most/the most?

I think those are still superlatives. Here's the example in my grammar book (A Communicative Grammar of English):

Of all the capital cities in the world, Bangkok is the one I would most like to visit.
